 ARI Global Technologies, part of the Windsor Integrated Services Group, attended the 2017 European Asbestos Forum held in London on 26th September and was proud to be presented with the prestigious International Recognition Award.

The award was presented to Tony Windsor, Managing Director of ARI by Yvonne Waterman Ph.D LL.M, founder and director of the EAF Foundation and Hans van der Wart Msc. MBA. B.Sc, Conference Chairman, in recognition of the organisation’s commitment towards the more sustainable management of asbestos waste through its Thermal Chemical Conversion Technology (TCCT).EAF Award 3edit 2017

ARI Global Technologies takes its place amongst two previous winners, and longstanding members of the industry.  Mavis Nye BCa, Asbestos Victim and keynote speaker picked up the award in 2016 and Professor Nico Van Zandwijk from the Asbestos Disease Research Institute (breakthrough treatment in Mesothelioma) received the award in 2015.

 Tony Windsor commented: “Innovation and best practice is at the heart of what we do as a business and we are thrilled and honoured to be collecting this award and to be recognised alongside such inspirational industry members such as Mavis and Nico”.

 As well as receiving this prestigious award, ARI Global Technologies’ delivered a memorable presentation on the destruction and recycling of asbestos using the ARI technology to over 80 industry professionals present at the event.

 The forum proved a great platform to present our ‘Global Game Changer’ technology which provides an effective, sustainable and commercially viable alternative to landfilling asbestos waste.
