Following a two-day, on-site audit process carried out by DNV GL last month, Windsor Integrated Services Group (WISG) of which ARI Global Technologies is a part of, has achieved continued certification to ISO 9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007.

The key objectives of the in-depth audit was to evaluate the effectiveness of our Management System and ensure it is able to support the organisation in meeting its statutory, regulatory and contractual objectives. ISO

The certification accounts for the provision of total waste management services and incorporates business monitoring and governance, through to the implementation of a waste management programme tailored to our customer’s requirements.

Tony Windsor, CEO Windsor Integrated Services Group commented:

“Both the achievement of continued certification and the excellent feedback received from the auditing team, demonstrates our commitment to delivering the highest standards of service.”

“Waste crime is a topic which continues to dominate industry news and is a key focus of the government’s Resource and Waste Strategy published at end of 2018. That, coupled with an ever increasing focus from the Environment Agency and the Health and Safety Executive, means it’s more important than ever for businesses to pull upon a reputable and reliable waste management partner. Our next important milestone will be transitioning to ISO 145001 and we will continue to invest in our systems, staff and operations to ensure that we set ourselves apart from the competition and continue to raise standards in waste management.”

Graham Wood DNV GL also commented:

“It was evident throughout the audit process that processes and procedures within the management system have focused on efficiency and customer service with an even greater emphasis on compliance.  I was also impressed that WISG has continued to build on the open communications ethos, with some very innovative new processes initiated to reward and recognise staff for their hard work and commitment.”

This latest accolade follows the company’s successful accreditation to Acclaim (SSIP) and Constructionline Gold Membership, both of which require a more rigorous assessment of procedures and policies including, Environmental Management, Quality Management, Equality and Diversity.
